1. General Terms and Conditions  is the marketplace of Kliventure Finland (2290239-8). These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between and its customers. The terms and conditions specified by the respective service provider also apply to the services and products provided by Kliventure Finland ( ). has the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of order, which can be read on’s website.

Kliventure Finland ( ) is not liable for damage caused by force majeure.  Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseeable circumstance or change in circumstances that is beyond the control of is obliged to notify the customer of force majeure without delay.

2. Customer and Privacy

Kliventure Finland ( ) welcomes all private and corporate customers.  The trade relationship complies with applicable Finnish and EU legislation regarding consumer trade, marketing and advertising. The sales agreement between corporate customers and primarily complies with these terms and conditions and in other respects with the Finnish Commercial Code.

When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide his complete contact information, which includes at least the name, address, and telephone number of the consumer customer, and possibly an e-mail address. The information required from business customers is the name, telephone number, and e-mail of the contact person, as well as the business ID, postal address, and, if necessary, the billing address.

Customer information is stored in’s customer register , where the information is used to maintain the customer relationship. and companies belonging to the same group as it also have the right to process and disclose the information in the register for legitimate uses (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the applicable legislation.

After the purchase, the customer will be sent a product review invitation once the email address has been added to the order. Responding to a review invitation is optional. The invitation-only includes products already purchased by the customer. The customer’s contact information will not be or can be displayed publicly during the review. uses the information collected through reviews to develop the customer experience, product range, and services.

3. Price list

Prices include VAT, but not delivery costs unless otherwise stated.  If there are obvious price errors in the price list, the product will not be sold at a significantly lower price if it can be assumed that the customer has understood the existence of the error.

We always check prices at the time of processing.  When the price decreases, we correct the prices to the customer’s open order. On the other hand, if the price of the product rises before the order is shipped, we will deliver them at the original price.

Delivery time estimates are based on information provided by the courier or delivery company. or the suppliers used by it are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes outside its scope.

Kliventure Finland ( ) sells online.  Individual pieces are, as a rule, customer returns, sample pieces, factory-repaired or used equipment, and hand-made products, all of which are sold as-is. The condition class of the product is defined in the sales data.

Kliventure Finland ( ) reserves the right to restrict the sale of products in exceptionally large batches. Kliventure Finland ( ) does or not sell its products for resale. 

4. Delivery

Kliventure Finland ( ) offers a different option of transport.  You can read more about delivery methods and their service content on our website. The shopping cart automatically takes transport offers into account. Products in an individual order can be delivered in several shipments.

The aim is to process the completed order within 48 hours of receiving it for on-hand products or made-to-order products, which usually takes 15-25 days depends on quantity. A completed order means an order in which all the products are in our warehouse and reserved for the order, and the payment method of the order has been accepted.

Kliventure Finland ( ) is not obliged to reserve other products of the same order to the customer if the availability of one product is poor or its delivery is delayed for reasons beyond Kliventure Finland ( ). Alternatively, the consumer may accept either a delayed post-delivery of the product or cancellation of the order. Postage for postage will be charged according to the normally valid price list. The products in the order are reserved for a maximum of 7 days, after which the order is canceled unless the customer has agreed to post- delivery in accordance with the terms of Kliventure Finland ( ).

6. Return

Kliventure Finland ( ) offers its customers a 32-day right of return.  Products can be returned either by post with a free customer return.

Our unopened and unused products have a 14-day exchange right in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The product must be unused and in unopened packaging.

You have the right to inspect the product and use it for 32 days. We recommend that you take care of the product and the accessories, instructions and, of course, the product packaging that come with it until you have decided to keep the product. The buyer is legally liable for impairment if he has taken the product into use.

We ask you to keep all documents related to the customer return carefully until you have received information about receiving the return from .

Restrictions on the right of return are determined in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act: Games, films, software, or other sealed products do not have a right of return once the product packaging has been opened. Hygiene, personalize, and intimate products do not have a right to return after opening the package, as the product is not returnable for sale due to its nature.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, service products or digital content do not have the right of cancellation if the service has been completed in full, or the delivery of digital content has started electronically after you have given your consent to start delivery and if you have not been notified in advance.

Returned products must be carefully packaged.

Kliventure Finland ( ) will return to the customer all payments received from the customer regarding the returned products, including any delivery costs, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the company has received the returned products or until the customer has proved that he has returned the products.  Kliventure Finland ( ) will make the return using the payment method in which the customer has paid for the order, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case in such a way that the customer does not incur any costs for returning the services. For orders paid with a bank button, the customer must indicate in their bank account that a refund can be made.

7. Complaint

The customer is obliged to  present a proof of purchase, receipt or other proof of the place and time of purchase in connection with the return or when claiming a defect in the goods. Kliventure Finland ( ) reserves the right to charge the buyer for the costs of searching for a receipt.

8. Additional Terms for Business Customers

Kliventure Finland ( ) is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or loss of income caused by the product and / or service.  Kliventure Finland ( ) ‘s liability is always limited to the content of these terms and conditions. Liability for product defects is limited to the possible return of the purchase price less the operating benefit.

By submitting an order and / or a request for quotation, the customer unequivocally accepts the terms and conditions of Kliventure Finland ( ).  Any terms and conditions of the contract used by the customer will not be complied with if they are in conflict with the terms and conditions of Kliventure Finland ( ).
