Payment methods
Cards
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, or American Express payment cards and Paypal. The secure payment authentication services Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode are used online, and we do not save or store payment card numbers.
Gift certificate
You can use the gift card to pay for purchases at kliventure.fi online.
The gift card is valid for 12 months after purchase.
A gift card cannot be exchanged for money, and a lost or stolen card cannot be replaced.
You can pay part of the order with a gift card if the value of the gift card does not cover the entire purchase, and the rest either as an e-payment, with a credit card, or in the store when you pick up the product.
Invoice
Payment term 14 days, late payment interest 8%.
Please send us a message about the change in the invoicing method at our e-mail: ask@kliventure.fi. We do not charge extra costs for processing online invoices and e-mail invoices.
In connection with the delivery, we provide an invoice for the order. The invoice is delivered by e-mail by default. We are also happy to deliver invoices as e-invoices.
We charge €5.00 for sending paper invoices.
The invoice payment period is 7-14 days unless otherwise agreed with the order.
Transport to the pick-up point
Your order will be delivered to the Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point or parcel machine of your choice, and the order can usually be picked up within 1-2 business days after sending the order.
Please note that the order date and the Shipping date are not the same things. On average, the order is sent within a day after the order is paid and the products are stocked.
Below is more information about different delivery options.
Posti parcel machine - The shipment is delivered to the parcel machine of your choice and can be picked up as a rule after 4 pm on the next working day. We will notify you by text message and email when the order has been sent, and we will also tell you the Posti tracking code.
The package is stored in the machine for 7 days after its arrival.
Posti pick-up point- The shipment is transported to the selected Posti pick-up point and it can generally be picked up within 2 business days after sending the order. We will notify you by text message and email when the order has been sent, and we will also tell you the Posti tracking code.
The arrival notification is sent by text message. The shipment is stored in the post office for 7 days after its arrival.
Matkahuolto pick-up point- The shipment is transported to the Matkahuolto pick-up point chosen by the recipient. We will inform you by text message and email when the order has been sent, and we will also tell you Matkahuolto's tracking code.
You will receive an arrival notification by text message when the shipment can be picked up at the Matkahuolto pick-up point.
Pickup is always free of charge.
The order can be picked up when all the products in the order are available. We will notify you by email and text message when the order is available for pickup.
